"Location, clean room and communication was good!"

"Hi, The building has been renovated and is comfortable. However, I noticed that the staircase leading to the second floor was quite dirty. When I entered the apartment, there was dust everywhere, especially on the pictures and the lamps. I opened the dishwasher and it smelled bad and was dirty. The kitchen sink was leaking underneath. I also opened the oven, and it was dirty and clearly needed to be sanitized. The toilet seat lid needs to be repaired, and the blanket stored in the closet had...

"The apartment was smaller than expected but it was big enough and we didn’t spend a lot time inside. It was clean and tidy. The sofa bed and bed were very comfortable. The complex had everything you needed , with a nice pool and was not too far from the marina or other attractions."

"I was very impressed about this property, I had stay many times in Madrid and always feel the places are old and dirty. This property was recently remodeled and its immaculate. I love how close it is from many places and the A/C was so COLD !!! Being an American visiting Europe I really appreciate this ! I will recommend this place to all my friends and family and I will for sure visit it very soon !"
