"Met beyond our expectations - friendly staff, great room service, location and easy beach access. Daily replenished glass water bottles were a fine touch. "Koh Tao Heritage is my preferred hotel to stay at. Main reasons are; daily room cleaning, quiet location, rooms do not have TVs (so don't get noise) from other rooms, location is an easy walk to Sairee Beach or Mae Haad Pier for the ferry,
As always Nancy, Nok and other staff are welcoming."

"Close to the Beach. As in very close.
Fan-only rooms very hot - at least those in front row facing the beach. Even way after sunset and into the night as the building kept the heat.
Ants everywhere and tonnes of mosquitoes. The doors were not holding anything out. So there were feces from the few geckos present from time to time on the bed, the floor, the sink. Otherwise clean enough.
No cleaning during my stay.
Cheap, though."
