"The room disappointed me, i expected a lot better for the rating of this hotel. It was very dated, carpet that smells wet, bathroom is clean but looks very dated. Definitely not the best considering i am here for a special birthday weekend. Not a good start. Hopefully the rest of the stay gets better. "

"I got the confirmation email which I showed the venue staff. They told me they are fully booked and they didn't communication from Hotels. Com. I was left stranded in the middle of know where with a girl child which was not safe at all. Hotels. Com kindly refund me my money "

"The room shown on the app isn’t what we get, literally a downgrade. The noise was unbearable slept at 2pm because guests had a party (more than 10pm), reception refused to deal with it. The staff train in the gym area while guest use the pool or have to go change for the spa. Those guys would stop and stare . Never going back to that place. "
