1. Semua sajian breakfast rasanya tidak enak, hanya mie rebus dan buah yg bisa saya makan sampai habis. Bahkan request telur yg dimasak di dapur dalam, tidak diantarkan ke meja hingga telur menjadi dingin.
2. AC central di kamar suaranya berisik, ada bagian yg rusak bunyi 'klotak' semalaman.
3. Tissue box di kamar mandi tidak direfill sisa tamu sebelumnya , dan minta refill pun dikasih hanya sedikit.
4. Lampu di kamar sangat minim, tidak bisa buat bekerja sama sekali.
5. Ketika keluar hotel, tidak ada security yang membantu menyeberangkan mobil, pdhl situasi depan hotel macet luar biasa.

penggunaan kartu safety utk Lift & akses kamar membuat aman, meski trouble sesekali baik di mesin Lift & kamar yg kami gunakan. Harapan kami tersedia pesanan 3 kmr dalam satu lantai yg sama bukan terpisah-pisah lantainya termasuk non Smoking room. Surprised nya kami dpt voucher gala dinner malam tahun baru hanya 10menit dari wkt kami check-In... Btw, cukup nyaman selama 3hari 2 malam disana.
Hotel yg Bagus, cocok buat keluarga, Liburan ke Magelang, Pas di Budget, Makan pagi yg aneka ragam dan uenak top markotop, staff ramah , fasilitas antar jemput ke Mall, internet super cepat di kamar free, bersih dan luas.

Value for money hotel stay. Overall experience was good except for the noise. It was quite noisy as in people were shifting furnitures, some guests talking loudly at the corridor, etc. Other than that, we were quite happy with the stay.

Hotel was very clean and well kept.
We had bought with breakfast but need to check-out at 4 am to catch the sunrise at Borobudur. Hotel staff offered a wake up call and to pack our breakfast before we leave without us asking. Totally unexpected.

Restaurant service poor
We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and we waited for 1.5 hrs to get our dinner served. Also, other guest who ordered dinner through the room service had to wait for 2hrs and came down from his room to complaint. Except the restaurant, other service is good.
Nice hotel if your destination is borobudor.
Location is good, staff are all friendly.
Hotel buffet is fabulous, enjoy "mie java," Javanese style noodle here.
The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful, the hotel has been recently upgraded so every looked new and clean. The hotel is about 45 minutes from Borobudur temple, we really enjoyed out short stay at the hotel
Magelang is geen stad waar heel veel toerisme is maar hotel is prima verblijf voor dagtrips naar bezienswaardigheden in de buurt.
Zeer nette kamers en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Een hotel waarbij je je een echte gast voelt en iedereen je probeert het naar de zin te maken.
Op sommige avonden in de loungebar live entertainment.
Eten is van goed niveau en ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid. Zowel Indisch als continental.
We were grateful for the fantastic airport transit service with excellent and friendly driver. The Gunung Merapi trip was perfect at reasonable price but the Borobudur Trip is confusing. On top of the 600,000 local money we paid for the trip per person, we were then asked to pay approximately 600,000 to 700,000 for transportation and have to pay our own entrance fee. The tour guide is English speaking but doesn't seems to know much about the temples.
We have most meals in hotels due to the location. The standard various and I had a cold and hard egg one day, with the kitchen not bothered to replace after informing them and both my husband and myself had food poisoning during our last dinner.
Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la vicinanza a Borobudur (circa 20 minuti in macchina) visto che il nostro tour prevedeva la visita del tempio all'alba.
Si è rilevata un'ottima scelta sia per l'eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo dell'hotel, sia perchè ci siamo allontanati dalla confusione della città di Yogyakarta.
Nelle vicinanze è inoltre presente un centro commerciale dove è possibile cenare scegliendo tra diversi tipi di ristorantini.
Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door de balie staf die het zeer waardeerd dat je probeerd om ook een paar woorden Indonesisch te spreken. Goede en duidelijke uitleg op vragen en perfecte verzorging verder in het hotel. Kamers brandschoon en comfortabel. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd met een ruime keuze. Door het vervoer van het hotel narr Yokyakarta gebracht voor een normale prijs in een nieuwe auto met een zeer vriendelijke chauffeur die erg rustig reed. Kortom een aanrader om hier naar toe te gaan.
