"The hotel was not the issue. It was Expedia not giving the hotel my information of my reservation. I had to settle for a down graded room with a higher price for what I had originally reserved."

"The cigarette smell in the room was very strong, the AC was not working at full capacity. The shower did not have hot water. The cleanliness in the room was not great as well. There was a plastic on top of the bed, covering what it seems to be a stained mattress. There was cigarette burns on the comforter."

"This is a hostel, not a hotel. There are shared bathrooms on each floor, both men and women and in each one there are only two restroom stalls and two showers. The showers themselves are also quite tiny and they're right by the door as well. I read in advance that there is a $100 cash deposit that is NOT refunded back to you... for some reason I was never charged it but oh well I didn't question it. That being said, to have a deposit that's not returned to you is still odd. The room itself I will say is decent for the price you pay. There's a sink and a fridge but no microwave!!! No microwave anywhere in the buiding. The matress itself is also HEAVILY stained. Parking was free and at the end of the day it was walking distance from the Intuit Dome which is why I picked this place. But I also have another upcomping event that I was also going to stay here for... I'm glad I had this experience so I know now to book elsewhere. If you're looking for a cheap last minute place to just spend one night this is great, but for more than one I'd look elsewhere."

"It is close to Sofi and Intuit but that’s about all it has going for it. There was long black hairs on the bathroom floor. It was missing a $5 toliet paper rod - not a big deal just a pain in the butt, no tissues, no coffee maker, towels are toddler size at best. The floor had a big dip and masking tape over that area, so who knows what happened. The noise level from outside was not only annoying but kept us all up and the pillows were hard as socks. "
