"The hotel was not the issue. It was Expedia not giving the hotel my information of my reservation. I had to settle for a down graded room with a higher price for what I had originally reserved."

"The cigarette smell in the room was very strong, the AC was not working at full capacity. The shower did not have hot water. The cleanliness in the room was not great as well. There was a plastic on top of the bed, covering what it seems to be a stained mattress. There was cigarette burns on the comforter."

"Yes, yes, yes, everything was on point from beginning to end from my stay here. The staff was Exceptional, courteous, patient, & friendly. The room was extremely ample with great a/c and quiet. Parking was on-site, easily accessible & well light. Ease of check in & out was fantasticly fast, easy & simple. 5 Stars to the staff & stay. I will be returning in the future..!!"

"Those 2 people did not rent that room to me - after I arrived with a paid confirmed reservation. I believe they were racist as well as greedy for more money than what I paid w my membership. I witnessed them rent the room to other people. Also they were rude and nasty. They deserve a 0."

"Don’t let the outside fool you. The inside is nice and clean and the staff is very friendly. The room was VERY SPACIOUS and very very clean! I was very surprised to see just how amazing the room was. The free breakfast was good enough and overall such a great stay, I will 100% be back here if I end up in this area again."

"It is close to Sofi and Intuit but that’s about all it has going for it. There was long black hairs on the bathroom floor. It was missing a $5 toliet paper rod - not a big deal just a pain in the butt, no tissues, no coffee maker, towels are toddler size at best. The floor had a big dip and masking tape over that area, so who knows what happened. The noise level from outside was not only annoying but kept us all up and the pillows were hard as socks. "
