"Everything was fine except the 5am shuttle we needed was full- so we had to pay for a cab. Not the end of the world, but the shuttle was what we expected. An additional $20 added to the expense of the hotel, which we were trying to keep as cheap as possible. On the plus side, our kids really enjoyed the pool the night before our flight."

"Expedia app listed check-in time at 3:00. We arrived at 2:30 from the airport with our 2 kids under 10 after a hassle to park, and I went to the front desk to ask if our room was ready yet. The woman at the front desk frowned at me like I was stupid for even asking, she didn’t even ask for info but told me that it wasn’t ready. I parked a block and a half away near the beach as it was the only spot I could find. I sat in the rental car with my family for 30 minutes until 3 o’clock and ran...

"The room was clean, but the outside of the building our room was in, behind the inn, was run down and the back of the inn was in disrepair. Not a very pleasant experience. "

"We enjoyed our two night stay immensely. How could we not, with a lovely view of Good Harbor Beach and a seven minute walk to get there. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and welcoming. The property is clean, attractive and well maintained and the Continental Breakfast was well-stocked and appreciated. The ONLY downsides: the water, which took several minutes to get hot (which they made us aware of at check-in) and the shower which was a bit crowded with the soap dispensers on the wall. And...

"We enjoyed our stay and due to the weather extended it an extra night with no problems. There is no front desk service -- all communication with our hosts was done through text messaging, but they were quick to respond, and our room was made up daily. The room was lovely and very comfortable. No breakfast or food on site, but there are good dining options a short walk into town. Great location for exploring the waterfront and downtown Rockport!"
