"Under renovation and they were not that helpful….the spa and gym facilities were poorly maintained. Beach access was nice"

"We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and generally well maintained. We were also pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite, which was a lovely touch and made our stay even more enjoyable. The only area that could use some improvement is the bathrooms. "Lack of a swimming pool and sauna was a complete bummer. Although this may have been mentioned in their website, I wish the hotel had the courtesy to price down to compensate. I would not recommend this resort unless you plan to stay for 3-4 nights. Its vast, requires constant hailing of the cab service. PNF restaurant - while the food was good and the staff friendly, be warned that the place was full of mosquitoes. The other thing was that we were promised room with a view, unfortunately...

"Housekeeping not good not good service in room I take showers water coming out side the washroom and I told to 4 to 5 time but no one clean room and asked for change towels until 11pm no one changed towels and no one give toothbrush recitation staff and bell boy and door guard good work "
