"We spent five wonderful nights in this beautiful resort with my son. Everything was excellent, especially the Hausboat team who organized the boat trip. I would like to thank all of them, especially Mr. Sebastian, who was very friendly and kind to us. However, I noticed a few small details that could be improved. "I had issues booking this hotel via Expedia on Christmas Eve. Ended spending hours in the lobby having Expedia redo the booking on my behalf because my original booking did not show on Hennessy park hotel's system. Despite this rough start, the staff at Hennessy was empathetic and accommodating particularly Kath, who was assisting the entire time. So grateful for her being there! "From start to finish our experience was perfect. The resort is has an air of island chic and decadent luxury. From the room, to the resort grounds, all of the facilities are pristine. The real stars however are the staff, in every case made us feel welcomed and valued but also with a friendly energy and with with touches of humor where appropriate. We will return soon."
