"WHAT a find! Super cute hotel, lovely welcoming host who gave us some great tips of things to visit locally. The local restaurant staff were really friendly and welcoming and even gave us a free desert to celebrate our honeymoon. Such a lovely little town. "

"It what you would expect for a mountain lodge. A little rough road - which they make clear in their communication when you book, tucked away from the hustle of the resort towns, rustic charm and restaurant/ bar right down stairs. The food was great. And thats what makes this place great."

"Front desk was very helpful pre arrival and the self check in was easy for a late arrival. The room was not very clean and hair and old food was found. The bed was comfortable but creaky and would wake up another person. There is no cable to watch sports on TV. "

"We stayed in the Black Canyon cabin. It was very clean and spacious. The guy in the office was very helpful. It was a great combination of rustic and modern for a girl who doesn’t like camping. It had everything you need, running water, heat, a refrigerator with lots of trees around. I would recommend it to friends. "

"Outside infrastructure in need of repair. Concrete walkways broken in spots, crumbling wall and parking lot need attention. But our room was obviously refurbished. Clean comfortable and everything worked! Staff (owners?) very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again "
