"Staff was very unfriendly. NO service at all and waiters were pretending most of the time that they didn't hear you every time you were asking for smth.....like utensils that were not on the table most of the time. Very disorganized when it comes to the restaurants all over the resort."

"The rooms were nice and the staff was friendly. However, we were disappointed in the food selections and restaurants. They did not have much of anything open for breakfast and all of the restaurants were small and full for dinner. When I asked others staying at resort they said the food wasn't that great. However, the pizza by the pool was really good. We ended up having to go off site for all of our breakfast and dinners. It kind of defeated the purpose of staying on a resort that wasn't...
