"We had a wonderful stay at RIU Thailand—the resort was excellent, very clean, and the restaurants offered a great variety of delicious food. The staff and overall service made our experience very enjoyable and relaxing. The main area for improvement would be the entertainment and adding more activities during the day, which would make the resort experience even better."

"A bit dated accomodation, no power points beside the beds and pretty dark generally. A bit of wear and tear throughout the bathroom. Shower took a very long time to run hot (5 minutes). Breakfast great and staff lovely. Booking airport transfer was a bit messy by email, abit of repeating myself and payment links that expire after an hour. Makes it difficult to arrange whilst travelling."

"Spent one night here on my way back from Chiang Mai before flying home. Place is HUGE. Didn’t really have a lot of time to really explore and observe most of the place’s amenities. But the staff were friendly at least. There was a cockroach in my room so that was tough. Proximity to the airport was nice."
