Excellent property for the price. Great facilities. Breakfast needs better organization so avoid rush hour, going early is best. Staff are very pleasant and helpful

Terrible hotel expedia messed up location booked us for phuket when we are in koh samui called hotel 2 minutes after the error expedia had no luck so i called got hung up on played games with then just took our 140usd wont support such a thing just taking advantage of people and deserves a minus star

施設も整っており子供達も喜んでいました。 ホテル内カートで移動でき　スタッフが歩いていると声がけしてからて　なりますか？と話かけて くれました。部屋からロビー　部屋からプール どこに行くのも　楽でした。フロントの対応も スタッフ　6人態勢で説明も丁寧です。再度行きたいホテルですね！

I was there 7 years ago and this time come back felt the Room and facilities are bit old. Breakfast time refills was too slow and not forfill a huge volume of guest taking breakfast at the same time

Waste of money
We spend 6 days here, I can say, the room we did get, was a joke. Is incredible people pay for this rooms. The flush button is broken, we called reception 5 times, even walked to talk to them. Before they came The bathroom floor is from 1950. The sofa is so hard You hear airplane all the time, from the room. The water park, looks bit old I wouldn't recommend it, And is only Russian tourists.

This place is perfect for families with kids. The entire resort is designed for kids water entertainments. So of you are like me and my wife traveling for fun with no kids, this place would not be your ideal location. The resort is huge with hundreds of customers and hundreds of kids! During the morning breakfast the restaurant is like a zoo with very limited items and big lines.

建物自体はかなり老朽化が進んでいる様子。実際に泊まったヴィラタイプの部屋もトイレの便器は今にも外れそうだったし、ベッドルームで携帯の充電をするとブレーカーが落ちてしまい、毎朝修理スタッフを呼ぶ羽目に。敷地内にも沢山のゴースト化した建物があった。 年末年始に利用し、ガラディナーを一人２万円で予約したが料理は食べられそうなものが全くなく、結局部屋に戻って持参したカップラーメンを食べた。 朝食は良くも悪くもないと言った感じ。バゲット類はどれも美味しかった。

입실할 때 에어컨이 안 틀어져 있어서 푹푹 찌는 날씨에 시원해 질 때까지 한참 걸렸고, 하우스키핑에 청소기 없이 걸레로 슥슥 닦아서 바닥이 깨끗한 편은 아니나 다행인 건 타일/마룻바닥이라 대충 물티슈로 닦으면 아이랑 지낼 수는 있습니다. 조식은 베뉴 규모나 투숙객 수에 비해 음식 가짓수가 적고 다양하지 않아 기대하지 않으면 됩니다.

Everything is good esp.love that it is walking distance to Mai Khao Beach where one may spot landing aircrafts every few minutes throughout the day. Inside the unit, cannot hear the zooming of aircrafts. So no worry about the noise.

Totally loved this place. It's a massive and well-maintained property, perfect for a vacation with kids. The breakfast buffet, the big rooms, the water park, and the beach are all great.

lovely location , great water park
Lovely hotel resort . Love you can use the splash park for free. The resort is nicely spread out and the beach is beautiful . staff friendly . Reception staff supper helpful . would stay again. Continent to the airport 600 bhot in a taxi.

저렴한 숙박비에 조식과 워터파크 비용이 모두 포함되어 가성비가 매우 좋았습니다. 아쉬웠던 점은 공항 픽업 서비스 신청했는데 해당 시간에 아무도 나와있지 않아서 리조트에 전화 후 한참을 기다렸다가 픽업 차량을 이용했던 점과, 2층 침대 있는 방의 벽과 침구 위에 좀벌레가 붙어 있어서 4박을 셋이 킹베드에서 잤던 점 등입니다. 직원들이 친절했고, 요청사항을 비교적 빠르게 들어주어 나머지 서비스는 만족했습니다.
