"The bed was uncomfortably hard and the hairdryer didn't work. Breakfast did not include any protein; it was very limiting for someone who has to limit carbs. I was traveling without my luggage which was on another flight and the only toiletry was shampoo, no lotion. And the shuttle was not running the morning I left. The staff was friendly."
