"I need to have a better continental breakfast. There’s nothing but toast coffee juice muffins absolutely nothing that’s good for you. I need to open door so a cigarette smell smoke out of the corridors. Higher women with better personalities from the front desk, the staff is great all of the workers cordial and helpful."

"Room had a a bug in the bed , they had to move us as soon as we got there, there was a fowl humid smell in room and air didn’t work. The other room when the shower was on, the pipes made a horrific noise my husband said it was air in the pipes. And the second room we were moved I also had a smell. I think they should remove carpets. Towels had hair so I don’t know the last time they wash. Overall I don’t like to give bad reviews but this one had to be told. "The building is under construction, I tripped a couple of times on bricks and other items on the sidewalks. The luggage carts are all dated and the bag bars are loose and won't hold the bags. The housekeeping staff did towel and trash only and skipped one day completely. The bed was comfortable and clean. I was not able to locate the breakfast area due to lack of signage. "We stay here regularly and really love this hotel. It is especially nice to be remembered on our return. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. With Crystal at breakfast and at the bar it was like meeting an old friend. And Ingrid at breakfast and Nayeli on the front desk were also great. The newly-refurbished bedrooms were extremely stylish. And the restaurant had no problem with my dietary requirements. Easy access to New York. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel."
