"The room was fairly clean.. but the carpet had a bad smell and bring your own towels if you can..the towels are poor quality."

"The key didn't open the room. The TV has to be reset for input every time it's turned on. The TV guide is useless. Almost every channel shows "No Information". The staff is excellent, quickly resolving any issues."

"We only needed a place to sleep, and this hotel accomplished that. We missed the email around the check-in instructions - there is no front desk. You need to get in touch with them 24 hours ahead to get the access codes to enter the building and the room. However we called them and within 15-20 mins, we were able to get into our room. We were located on the first floor. Hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. The room itself fortunately smelled better. There was no hairdryer attached the wall, but...

"The staff were very rude at check in . Not accommodating at all. And for a 4 star hotel I was not impressed. The shower head in the shower was loose , the plug for the tub broken and they put some kind of a sticky mat in the tub which was placed on top of dirty sticky mat instead of taking out the old ones ."
