"Poor breakfast, tv and internet didn’t work well"

"Staff was very friendly. This is a pet friendly hotel that kept the rooms very clean. Several doors to outside allowing us to take our dogs out easily and then key card access to side doors to get back in without going through main lobby. One side of the building is unpaved with nice grassy area to take the dogs out to do their business. Dont know if someone does some cleanup out there or guests were good about picking up but grassy area was mostly clear"

"The water in the shower hardly came out. My shampoo in my hair could not be rinsed out properly. There really should be exhaust fans in each bathroom as this will eventually cause mold! Too much noise at night at around 8 pm and early in the morning. Someone was actually vacuuming at around 9:30 am. Even if i wanted to sleep in, it was not possible! Maids werent friendly at all. Bad customer service!!"

"Upon arrival we were informed that our reservation had been canceled. They indicated that they had no phone number to call me on despite being listed in my reservation. They no longer had the room I reserved available, and gave us another that was smaller than we needed. The refrigerator didn’t work and there was water seeping out of the floor tiles. "The room was clean. The hotel Lacked up keep of maintenance such as dripping water from the ceiling in the lobby & a broken ice machine. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Pool didn’t have enough towels to dry off for the amount of people using it. "

The room smelled so bad that I felt like my lungs got on fire… By the arrival found out that service dogs are not allowed at non-smoking rooms and I had to pay pet fee… which completely brakes the law… The bedding was filthy, walls were dirty and stained by the smoke… the smell was absolutely horrible… I had no idea that places like this one are allowed on Expedia. But the receptionist was nice."
