Kita

"The public bath had a weird smell, and used towels were piled up higher than my height. Amenities had also run out when I went there, and the stone sauna was out of order. Furthermore, when I arranged for luggage forwarding from the hotel to the airport, the front desk wrote down the wrong pickup date, so I received a call asking me to collect my bags a day early. I am very disappointed that this property does not maintain the same standards as the Haneda location."
