"We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The property was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. One suggestion that could make this hotel even better would be to add more entertainment and amenities for couples. Activities such as live music, evening events, or other recreational options would enhance the overall guest experience. "I didn’t like the fact that they charged me for checking me in a few hours early as I had an early flight and I had no where else to go. Having said that the hotel is well situated within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The breakfast was very good and presentation was great , the restaurant staff were also top notch . The property is upscale in the way it’s set up."

"This is a charming hotel, although it is not in the best area. Ubers are available for $1-2 when you go out for dinners so this wasn’t a problem. Breakfasts were wonderful with fresh juice, eggs and other delicious items prepared for you. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were spacious with nice showers. The bed was a bit hard, but that is subjective. Great people, nice place, extremely affordable."

"Our initial room assignment was not to our liking, and Vanessa at the desk was very helpful in relocating us to a room with a fabulous view of the city. Everything after the relocation was to our liking, except having to get up at 4:30am to catch our ride to the airport on the day of our departure. Both JoAn and I enjoyed the upscale accommodations after spending 8 days on the Galapagos Islands."
