Everything was fantastic from the moment we check in until we checked out . Rooms are spacious , property has multiple restaurant options. Food was amazing. Staff was helpful and friendly. We definitely enjoyed our 9 days. The hotel is very quite and perfect for relation . We did go to the beach in the morning and spent time at the pool side in the afternoon . The place is very nicely manicured garden and you can smell and see bunch of nice jasmine trees and hibiscus Pool staff was extremely helpful to open your umberalla and help you situate They have various entertainment nightly. The only issue I have they didn’t play any Arabic songs. When you are in Egypt you want to hear some local music. It is a must see place for singles , couples and families with children

Preis Leistung ist einfach top. Ich have lange überlegt, der günstige Preis gab mir zu denken. Die Bewertungen haben mich dann aber überzeugt. Ich habe nix zu meckern, im Gegenteil, alles übertraff meine Erwartungen. Die Begeisterung fing schon beim check in mit Ashraf an. Soooooo freundlich!!!! Das Essen ist lecker, die Anlage sehr sehr schön, direkt am Meer. Das Personal ist überragend freundlich und entgegenkommend. Immer wieder sehr gerne. Shukran❤️

All inclusive was amazing with great staff, great food (the ones cooked in front of you at least). The animation team can be a bit much, especially when you just want to relax on the beach (with the coral reef within metres). But the good thing about that is the animation team usually moves on to another place of the large resort after a small amount of time.

Non un 5 stelle come lo intende un italiano. Per un italiano può essere massimo ma massimo un 4 stelle. Camere spaziose e pulite. Bagno già meno, erano presenti dei capelli per terra al nostro arrivo. Asciugamani puliti. Spiaggia e servizi correlati ok, barrirera corallina proprio li di fronte STUPENDA. Credo che solo questo abbia valso il pernotto li. Il vero tasto dolente sono ristorante, personale e attività. Il ristorante principale che è l'unico che offre davvero un all inclusive a buffet è immangiabile (sempre per noi italiani) è esattamente adatto al suo pubblico, ovvero tutte le persone dell'est europa che risiedevano nella struttura. Eravamo gli unici italiani, davvero tutti erano dell'est. Anche i cartelli nel resort erano scritti in arabo e poi seguiti da russo, ceco e polacco, come quarta lingua arrivava l'inglese. Ad averlo saputo forse ne avremmo scelto un altro. Il personale è davvero non commentabile, ti utilizza solo per mance e per avere extra. Vi dico solo che noi essendo ragazzi di 28 anni, non venivamo praticamente considerati e ascoltati perchè il loro target erano i tavoli di over 70. L'intrattenimento purtroppo non esiste. Non sono una tipa da villaggio, ma sarebbe stato carino almeno avere la scelta di cosa poter fare in spiaggia e cosa fare la sera. Ci sono solo 5 ragazzi in totale che si alternano tutto il giorno tra piscina e spiaggia e che tentano di coinvolgere persone ma davvero senza risultato. Non sono organizzati.

Top Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, Sehr nette Mitarbeitende, hilfsbereiter Service, hübsches Hausriff. Einziger room for improvement: Strandliegen viel zu eng bestuhlt. Tipp, da der schöne Strandabschnitt recht klein ist : Keine Reservierungen zulassen, Handtücher nach 2 Std. wegräumen.

We loved the gardens, pool, access to the beach, the restaurants and bars, the onsuite bedroom with balcony and pool view, the staff (especially Abdul Hamid our amazing waiter who looked after us so well). Our room was upgraded on arrival which we really appreciated. The communal toilets, even those on the beach, were some of the best we have ever come across. The all inclusive option was so generous. The local beer / GnT etc was very drinkable and the food (especially the freshky prepared Egyptian food) was excellant. Everything exceeded our expectations. The only thing we could complain about was the price of the transport available within the hotel. Using the Indrive app to book taxis was so much cheaper.

Una settimana fantastica! Alcuni spunti, wifi ottimo e velocissimo ovunque, fin dentro al mare, una volta connessi non vi lascia più. Il migliore snorkeling in zona, acqua calma e bassa e molti coralli e pesci. (escursioni con submarine purtroppo ti portano dove la barriera è morta per poter attraccare, pochissimi pesci...) Il giorno sempre mangiato al ristorante sulla spiaggia, pizza o kebab ottimi. Cenato sempre nei ristoranti, mai al self service, Xclusiv (2 cene, una pesce e una beef) e Oriental (2 cene) i migliori, gli altri, normali ma comunque apprezzabili. Consiglio vino extra Chateau de grand ville rosso, se lo chiedete lo portano, costo 645 egp. Ashraf (spesso è al desk prenotazioni ristoranti alle 13) è diventato un amico, gentile e professionale.... Grazie! ps. consigliata Orange bay, veramente bella. (cercheranno di vendervi foto e video ovunque) Buon soggiorno!

The hotel is wonderful, the beach and swimming pools, the food is excellent quality and varied varieties, the staff is very helpful, especially Mr. Mahmoud Atta at the reception is a very professional and helpful person. The only drawback is that the hotel is very far from any hiking or shopping places in Makadi or Hurghada

Wir waren über Silvester dort, sie haben eine riesige Party veranstaltet (80m Buffet), das Hotel ist in der neben Session hervorragend geeignet um ein paar Tage auszuspannen, das Essen war sehr gut und das Personal immer aufmerksam, wir werden bestimmt noch mal im Winter wieder kommen....

Einzigartige Gastfreundschaft und unvergessliche Erlebnisse Wir hatten das Glück, unseren Urlaub in diesem Hotel zu verbringen. Unser Aufenthalt war schlichtweg herausragend und bot uns eine unvergleichliche Urlaubserfahrung. Vom ersten Moment an fühlten wir uns herzlich willkommen und bestens umsorgt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Mahmoud Atta und seinem Kollegen an der Rezeption empfangen. Wie er sprechen auch viele andere Mitarbeiter Deutsch. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der außergewöhnliche Service, welcher uns vom Kellner Mohamed aus dem Xclusive restaurant (und Oriental restaurant) entgegengebracht wurde. Seine herzliche und aufmerksame Art hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich unvergesslich gemacht. Er ist excellent in seinem Job und verdient mehr Anerkennung. Die Abende im Hotelrestaurant waren kulinarische Höhepunkte und die persönlichen Empfehlungen von Mohamed machten jedes Essen zu einem Genuss. Auch (ein anderer) Mohammed im Soho restaurant beeindruckte durch herausragenden Service. Das Buffet übertraf ebenfalls alle Erwartungen mit einer vielfältigen Auswahl an Gerichten; darunter ägyptisches Fladenbrot, Omelett, Pfannkuchen, Fleisch vom Spieß, Garnelen und am Strand Pizza und Feteer; alles frisch vor deine. My recent stay was highly disappointing. The food quality was abysmal, with cheap and low-quality ingredients used, including processed cheese, low quality frozen meat, and chicken. Additionally, my room had a bug infestation, and to top it off, my wife fell ill on the last day of our trip because of the bad food. While the accommodation was decent, the staff was friendly and the ambiance pleasant, these issues overshadowed any positive aspects.

Soleil et baignade en novembre
Grand hôtel dans un parc très bien entretenu, personnel souriant et toujours avenant. La plage sablonneuse est un peu petite par rapport à la grandeur de l'établissement, les chaises longues sont rapidement prises d'assaut le matin. Néanmoins elle est très sympathique au mois de novembre car à l'abri du vent du nord et idéale pour la baignade. Superbes récits coralliens à proximité. Buffets toujours bien garnis, nourriture correcte. En résumé, très bon hôtel pour profiter de la mer rouge.

We had a lovely time at Prima life, and would highly recommend to anyone thinking about going to Makadi bay. The snorkelling from the beach is fantastic with corals and fish of all shapes, sizes and colours. I swam with a turtle and saw both a ray and octopus as well as many many tropical fish. The staff are all friendly and helpful, the cleaning and grounds staff are constantly busy keeping the resort looking in tip top condition. The rooms are well designed and although fixtures and fittings aren't all fitted to 5* standard, they're all fully functional and clean. Many of the bar staff were very friendly and chatty, loving the apparent rarity of our being English. It would seem English is the first foreign language they are taught in school, so many who leave young do not have chance to learn any other foreign languages. The hotel doesn't seem to see that many Brits, with a wide variety of European visiting, so they were happy to have English speaking guests to talk to. We actually met more Americans than Brits there! The only slight gripe was the constant upselling ie. We're all inclusive but an extra few euro if you want this or that, and touts for trips, spa treatment etc were circulating the resort most of the day selling all manner of trips and experiences for greatly inflated prices (all so much less direct through 'get you guide'). Though they were very friendly and happy to back off when they'd established you weren't interested, it was tiresome at times.

Fantastisk til snorkling
Fantastisk house reef til at snorkle på. Så en skildpadde 3 gange på en uge. Værelser okay, venligt personale. Sjældent har jeg set så meget mad, der smagte af så lidt som i buffeten.
