"I wouldve have given them less stars, because both times i called for assistance they never responded. Once was for more towels and the other was to take out our trash. We ended up going downstairs for our the towels, and when 4 hours later they still hadnt come to get the trash we ended up taking the trash out by ourselves. We did meet one of the nicest staff members who got us more garbage bags, and her name is Eva. She was wonderful. Also the humidity in the room with the ac was not right and we all ended up with head colds. I would still stay there again, but for the price i believe the service shouldve been better."
