Makati hotel guide. Best Western hotel in Makati, National Capital Region

My.first choice always, extremely polite and caring staff-literally everyone

The best hotel I've been so far. Big clean rooms. Entire hotel smells lovely. Staff all smiling, very polite and courteous. Big heated swimming pool with crystal clear water. Highly recommended hotel.

I'm travelling a lot and all over the world. I can't remember having been to a hotel, not even in Asia, with such excellent service and systematic focus on perfection in the customer experience. Only suggestion for improvement would be to invest in heated pools.

Lovely pool area staff friendly and accommodating

I love staying in this hotel, its clean and the buffet breakfast is wonderful

Amazing property

Excellent experience

Everything was perfect, location, value for money, staff are absolutely lovely. The cleanliness is great, it could be better though but that's just something minor. I've been staying at this hotel every time I visit Manila since 2023 and I will always pick Seda Residences Makati over ANY hotel in Manila, I will pick it over and over again. Highly recommend!

Perfect for a stay in the city and close to the airport for convenience. Courtesy shuttle to the airport was excellent and hassle free.

The rooms are spacious very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly The food is excellent. It’s a great place to stay

Amazing experiences, everything was perfect, fantastic service from every staff member, always polite with a smile in their fsce, we'll be back again in a few days, thank you guys, well done.

Breakfast was poor, dinner in restaurant very good, staff friendly

The room was spotless and the staff all amazing. Great selection of food and drinks. Location superb. Gen, Joana, Hermie and Hann excellent service. Thank you.

It was what we expected, just for the guests who may want to stay, it's highly budgeted so don't expect Hilton. The things to consider is that ceilings are very low so if you are 6 ft tall beware, Most of the times the lift is not available but being low ceilinged accommodation there are fewer steps to go.. The cups shown in the photos are for show perhaps the hostel should remove that phot as it gives an impression there is coffee making facility. the staff was helpful and courteous, the room...

Great hotel really good staff and very enjoyable breakfasts

The best apartment type hotel in business. U'll be looked after very well at all cost. They know what you want and know how to give you the very best services. Highly recommended folks!
