"I recently stayed at Makati Diamond Residence for over a week. While it’s rated five stars, my room felt run down, with dinged walls, cracked bathroom tiles, and a loose faucet.
A notable issue was the lack of power sockets; my phone charger broke after being plugged in beside the bed. I found it unfair that the housekeeper would be held responsible for the damage due to the hotel’s insufficient charging ports, so I resolved to buy a new charger myself.
