"Check in was a nightmare! The receptionist has no no record of our booking! We waited over an hour before the owner came! She is friendly but she told us our accommodation is occupied!!!! Hence she tried to get us another room but we booked for three and was given a room for two!!! It’s very cramped and no room to move at all! The bathroom door cannot be closed. Cutlery was for two. "Checking process was smooth. The rooms were very nice and clean, feels like you are staying in a 5 star hotel. Our room has a very nice view of the city. Desiree the property manager was great and very responsive to all our needs as well as the bell boy ( I forgot his name). The location is close to glorietta and greenbelt mall (about 8 min drive). They have airport transfer that is reasonably priced and have a good driver. The only negative comment I can make is that the way to the parking spot...

Stop advertising complimentary 1st day breakfast as you don’t get it unless you prepay for breakfast and pay extra on Expedia! How is it complimentary when I pay for it? If you do not prepay on expedia, staff refuses to honor complimentary breakfast! Ridiculous! Second found the mattress very firm, which I liked initially but by day 3 started getting backpain. "The woman at the desk, Tin, was AMAZING. She helped fix the reservation where I had entered the wrong data and made sure everything was corrected. She speaks good English. The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is near the Greenbelt Mall and great restaurants. The building was clean with great amenities like a huge pool and a nice equipped gym. It was a memorable stay. Thanks!"
