My room was very large (a twin) and very bright, with 3 windows. It was overlooking a playing field with trees. Vinyl flooring was good, I noticed other rooms had old looking carpets. "Very close to Boudha Stupa. Staff are excellent and very friendly. Rooms and public areas are clean. "
