"The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The hot breakfast was very good. The greeting when we checked in was exceptional. I gave it three stars because rooms in the front of the hotel face Interstate 24 across the parking lot. Significant vehicle noise all night long. Don’t get those rooms. "

"Hotel was overbooked and we were placed in the last room available when we arrived around 8 PM. Others with reservations arriving after us were told there were no rooms. We ended up leaving due to a horrible smell coming from the bathroom drains that hit us when we opened the door, told no maintenance person on duty, and no one really seemed concerned. I kind of have a feeling this is a known issue and they were just hoping we would take the room since it was the last one available. It made for...

"No low lighting, every lamp in the room was as 100+ watts. Television signal was spotty and controls confusing. Guest services QR had no information."

"This is an older hotel, though has had some renovations. The bathrooms are updated and clean. The new be noticeable issue we had was that our room had a musty smell, probably from being near the pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and had lots of choices. "

"Sadly a place I will not be returning to. While check-in went well, the condition of the room was not good. Bugs throughout, dirty towels, stains and hair on the sheets, tv wouldn't change from one station. Nobody was present at check-out to voice my concerns. "

"Room was very nice, clean. Front desk clerk was very nice. Did not use the pool. My only complaint is the $75 pet fee. This is outrageous. I have never paid more than $25 for a pet fee. It would be very helpful if Expedia would post the pet fees. For this reason I will never stay at a Marriot hotel again. I have traveled with dogs all my life and they are/were well trained and have never, ever damaged a hotel room or airbnb home."

"Good location and easy access to and from property. Not many shops around the area. Bridge from Illinois to Kentucky is currently being worked on and down to one lane each way. "

"Rooms were nice but we stopped after 13 hours of driving so our child could swim and the pools are closed for remodeling and that isn’t mentioned on the site. "

"Nice lobby and bar area. My room was nice but rhe bed needs to be updated with a bew mattress. "

"The window to out side had a tarp on its one of the beds had dirt very visible on the sheets, so only used one of the beds. Radio was so sticky, did not want to set alarm, also wal mounted hair drier was just laying on the sink. "

"Clean room and friendly helpful staff. Only thing missing was a hairdryer in the room. Everything else was perfect. "

"Avoid. We were sold a room without running water. Front desk guy was great, he gave us the next door room and told us not to worry about returning the key for the original room: great, because our baby had already gone to sleep. Next thing I know, the hotel owner/manager/whatever tried to let himself into our rooms at 10pm. I told him I’d pay for two rooms just to get him out of my hair. Not coming back ever."
