"Meh. I always feel disappointed when I’m paying this amount for an outdated hotel with basic rooms, and they don't offer any complimentary coffee or anything, and still overcharge for their food. I get it, its an airport hotel, so the convenience is the point, but I was underwhelmed."

"The room itself was lovely but the staff was either overwhelmed or didn't care. The room was booked for 3 but had only been prepared for 2. We had to go to the reception desk to ask for an extra set of towels because no one answered the phone. We ran out of toilet paper our second night and there was no one at reception to get it for us. After waiting 15 minutes, I went into the lobby bathroom and pulled off enough to get us through the night. Also, our shower head was super difficult to use - someone had to come and show us how to use it. Too bad. The hotel is well-situated and quite nice."
