"Arrived just before midnight, got to our room, walked into it and was it with the smell of cigarette smoke, despite it being listed as a non-smoking room. It smelts like an ashtray. Went down to tell the front desk and they seemed surprised, not sure how cleaning staff could not smell it, and while they did offer to move us rooms we were too tired to move and have an early flight. For the price expect more amenities, felt more like a dorm room than a hotel room. Found out shuttle only runs until...

"We stayed at Marie‘s prior to flying home the next day. There were three of us, so we had the family room with three twin beds and the private bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the blackout blinds helped us sleep very well. The hosts could not have been kinder and more helpful. They insisted on carrying luggage for us and we had a lovely chat during breakfast. We highly recommend staying here."

"Kittyhawks restaurant service was poor, waited half an hour for an order to be taken, I had the burger which was well overcooked, spouse had fish & chips which was satisfactory. SHuttle bus in the morning was a bit of a lottery with luggage with passengers large golf bag holders having to be accommodated beside passenger seats but it did get us to airport in time"

"Lifts were awkwardly placed. We needed to use the stairs. Noisy. The front desk staff weren’t very helpful. They were not available 24 hours as advertised. I needed to speak to someone overnight. When I went downstairs, there was no-one at the desk. When they were present, they were more focussed on laughing and joking between themselves than on the service of guests."

There were two cozy chairs and a small, round wooden table in the corner, and a long writing desk with refrigerator and other amenities on one wall. The king size bed was super comfortable. "Appears clean. Feels a little under serviced even for a Travelodge. No amenities to speak of, no hair dryer in room. Bare minimum and small, thin towels. Cigarette smoke smell seems to come through the bathroom vent. Toilet barely flushes. I wouldn't stay again but Swords is a neat town. Price was way too high for what is offered, even for a tourist season Saturday night. Lesson learned."

"Chose this hotel for the free airport shuttle. Easy to sign up, easy to board, timely and efficient. Really appreciated the staff because I when I requested they hold our luggage hours before check in, they chose to find us a room that was ready that matched our reservation. Very professional and something that is so helpful to guests."
