"Tremendous Experience!"

"This place is lovely. Very quiet while being close to everything to see and do in Malahide. The caretaker, Tia, was a wonderful welcome to our stay. She showed us around the property and gave great recommendations for the town. It was our last evening before flying out and Malahide Guest Rooms was a delightful place to relax and unwind."

"I literally happened upon this property in a beautiful coastal suburb, Malahide, right outside of Dublin. I had never heard of Malahide, but a lovely Irish woman suggested I stay at the Grand Hotel for my last night in Dublin. It was a fantastic tip. The hotel gave me the peacefulness and calm I needed before my flight home to Los Angeles. The village it is in is just beautiful with tons of restaurants and the famous Gibney's bar. "The best part of this a little away hotel (about 2 miles) has 24 hours shuttle service bring you to and from DUB. The property is very clean and new. The staff is very helpful. I suggest you buy the breakfast at the booking, The food is very good and prices is much cheap at the booking instead of at the hotel."

"Clean room with the room amenities"

"Liked everything accepted bed setup which was two twins connected to the same headboard. Big hole in the middle. Like a Morman retreat. Not good"

"Room was large and had a mini fridge. Shuttle service was good. Short walk to a local Turkish takeout restaurant that was very good and economical. However, our room was next to their gym and it was open 24/7 with free weights. Don't get room 113! I had to get up at 4:40 am to ask someone in the gym to stop dropping the weights on the floor. Staff seemed unconcerned and blamed the guest. I blame the hotel for having a 24/7 gym with a bedroom immediately adjacent."

"I didn’t like that the main entrance has about 8 steps and the sign for a ramp is off to the side. Also it rains a lot in Ireland and the ramp is long, twisted and uncovered. It was a hassle dragging heavy suitcases up the stairs and there were no staff to direct people to the ramp or help with luggage. We weren't the only people who didn't see the obscurely placed ramp. They need much better signage right directly in front. Also no room fridge. On the positive side, the not included...

"A quaint hotel in a very beautiful spot. This was a great location (close to the Dublin airport) to spend the first day of our trip after a long flight. The beach is beautiful for beach combing and the staff were very accommodating. The room was comfortable and listening to the ocean while falling asleep was a definite bonus. Would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Clean, comfortable and stylish rooms with a decent sized bathroom and a lift to get to the upper floor. Bathroom also had a tub/shower combo You'll be extremely lucky if you can park at the facility. If not, you have to park about a block away. Ordering food/drinks in the bar/restaurant has to be done from a QR code on the table. Menu is limited and you're virtually invisible to the staff while sitting at your table"

"Wiring in bedroom did not work properly for bedside lights. Beds were too small . Location ,setting and foyer were fabulous. Breakfast was average. Bit overpriced overall"

"The house is run by two sweet brothers who lovingly rehabilitated their childhood home in honor of their mum. They gave us great tips on dinner and directions. The room was small but spotless. It is close to the airport, but quiet. Shared bath but we knew that going in, so that was fine."

"The staff was very helpful and smiled all the time! The the shuttle driver went out of his way to give me hints and let me know exactly when he would be back to the airport after a scheduled break after he returned me to the airport to meet up with my daughter. I liked the experience enough I have already booked another night!"
