"The hotel was nice but we wanted to move our stay to a few days before. I accidentally booked for the day we left, rather than the day we came (we only needed a one night accommodation until our Airbnb was ready). The person we spoke to was rude, and said no exceptions and no refunds (we realized 12 days prior, rather than 14 when a full refund would have been given). "I had a wonderful stay at this beachfront hotel. Very good location with direct access to the sandy beach. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Very close to good restaurants and stores."

"We stayed for 2 weeks and it was great. Only thing to watch out for is if you plan to rent a car. Garage is pretty tight entering and exiting the hotel can be challenging. Lots of scrapes on the bottom of my rental due to steep ramps. Other than that, staff was friendly, they know English, comfortable beds, great and well priced onsite restaurant, and a decent view."

"Staff was excellent. Location was awesome, beach nearby and right on the ocean. The restaurant was amazing too. The pool does get affected by the restaurant but we spent our time mostly at the beach."
