"Communication with check in staff is very convenient via WhatsApp and prompt to respond. Instructions to collect keys and locating the designated parking spot are clear. Apartment is clean though the furnishing is spartan; will be more homely if the place is spruced up. The water heater and water pressure in the common bathroom didn’t work for us though; but the bathroom in the master bedroom worked well. Location is very convenient; almost next door to Aeon Mall."

"Good shopping centre plenty of variety of food, even fast food chains for the kids. Lots of things to do without having to go into the city of your shopping a short stop over in Malaysia."

"The exterior of the property looked similar to the photos posted online. Unfortunately, the interior was a very different experience. The elevator and the room had a strong unpleasant odor, making the environment uncomfortable. After inspecting the room, we immediately informed the front desk that the room was unsatisfactory and decided not to stay. "We booked the hotel BUT got NO indication how to check in. When we arrived at the hotel and contacted with the Agent, we were told that NO ROOM was lept for us and we were told to Grab to another hotel for 2 days (which was much poor in terms of facilities, even no micro-wave oven was provided and broken bed) for checking in.
