"No customer service. If you need anything you have to go down get it yourself that is if they have it. To get an Iron to use you need to pay cash deposit. from the first day we arrived the bed sheets had some dirt on them I requested to change them they never did. basically you get a room but no good service no way this is a 4 star hotel."

"The Hotel is close to City centre you can walk around 15 minutes but g building but you if you want use swimming pool and sauna you have to pay the staff are helpful"

"Overall the hotel is great and it’s located a bit outside the center of prague. Car is mandatory. Because of the size of the hotel , it mostly attracts big groups to keep its occupancy high, that means during breakfast hours , it gets quite busy which was the only negative thing. Otherwise the interior is very well maintained and renovated and the staff is doing a good job being friendly and trying to help you."

"Beautiful property in the most wonderful location. We stayed in room 25 which had a beautiful view of the river. Two small issues one was the Aircon leaked and on the first night it was really bad. We reported it and had to change the settings and it settled down. Second is the hairdryer only worked in around 60 seconds bouts and then needed to cool before it could be used again which was inconvenient. The staff were lovely and breakfast was a good selection. Would 100% stay here again and...

"Pretty old hotel but clean. My room has a small shower place which is not ideal. Otherwise a good hotel for the price. Breakfast buffet is outstanding. The location requires tram ride to go to the old town etc."

"I don’t suggest you to go to this hotel , it is such a terrible experience and the workers there are very rude , i haven’t even stayed there the moment when i booked it was pay at property and fully refundable then my plans changed and wanted to cancel at this time they tried to charge me basically they are scamming"

"This was out third stay at Josef and everything was great as always! Staff was very helpful with early check in to our room. The room was comfortable and super clean. The amenities are top notch. One comment regarding the toiletries - they have a lovely, but very strong smell - which could be a little aggravating to guests with allergies/asthma or sensitive to strong smells. I did experience an allergic reaction while using the bath products. With that being said, I'd recommend staying at Josef...
