"Excellent location! Walk off the ferry with your bags and directly to La Zayapa. I had a difficult time before arriving with payment link and WhatsApp. I finally figured out WhatsApp and called the front desk; no worries, they had my reservation and told me to just settle up when checking in. Breakfast was wonderful and the day we left on the 7am ferry, they had a to-go meal packaged for each of us on a table on the way out the door. They also have very reasonable full laundry service. We left our laundry in the morning and it was done by the time we came back from our outing. Everyone is so nice. Loved our stay!"

Real bread not provided (though there are good bakwries in town), Cheese very low quality and even eggs taste odd. Pool and lobby area: bring your headset. Same music every 45 minutes for 3 days. Staff unable to change the music. "
