"Rooms were clean and super nice. Seemed like a very new/modern hotel. The view from our room was stunning and breakfast was very good. Would 100% come here again. The hotel is also in a nice location and it’s easy to walk around town or down the path to the beach. "

"We loved the close proximity to the town and airport as everything was in walking distance. The staff was outstanding. We did have an issue with our hot water not working, but the staff came to get it to work right away. The daily breakfast was always delicious as we got eggs made fresh daily and fresh delicious fruit was also included. Also, we went on 2 excursions where we had to meet before breakfast started. So the staff got us a box breakfast the night before we left on these excursions....

"Nice stay, excellent location just a block from the pedestrian path which leads to the harborfront. Hot water and a/c worked well, and my bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included, with eggs, fruit, bread, juice and coffee. The dining area is open-air, so insect repellant was a must for me, as I am a bug magnet (san cristobal the buggiest of the three main islands). There is some construction currently under way to expand the property, the work was during reasonable hours and did not...

"Awesome location, across from the beach and near the interpretation center and trails. The rooms were ok with a small fridge (that was very noisy), 20 random channels on a small TV, and comfortable beds. Great customer service when she was around (about half of the time during the day). The view from the balcony was really the best part. We booked and paid online through Expedia but apparently this property didn't get the transfer. Not sure if this was a onetime issue with the worldwide...
