The hotel is definitely one of the best….the Gaudi inspired architecture is so lovely. The room was spotless our entire stay. The shower was hot and the AC was cold. "The staff and service are exceptional! The venue cannot be beaten. It’s the only place with a private beach. They have complementary water taxis that take you everywhere. When we got off our boat, they were waiting for us without us, even having to notify them. Definitely would recommend this hotel again."

"Fantastic location, reasonably priced. No elevator but the front desk employee carried our bags up to our room and brought them back down when we left. Best part was access to the AC compressor area to dry all of our wet clothing and wetsuits in 1-2 hours before having to pack them into our suitcases. "This was a lovely hotel- great location - literally 1 minute from the main boardwalk and pier where the boat tours are and the taxi stand. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Good drinks at the bar, nice pool. Breakfast is a simple buffet. Overall, I would stay again."

"This hotel is well positioned in town close to all the key spots you want to be. The room was large, modern, well appointed and very clean. The staff are very helpful and overall amazing. Breakfast was different each day and made to order. They packed us a lunch when we had to leave to catch a ferry before breakfast. Very thoughtful and delicious. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you to the staff for being so helpful."
