"I took advantage of the new, renovated Premier rooms located in the very back of the property. I'm so glad I did! Way better than the cheaper rooms. A view of the hills, extremely quiet. Nothing above or below you. What a difference! I'm definitely coming back!"

"This place would be amazing for families! We were upgraded to these apartment suites they have in an adjacent building. Had a full kitchen, living room with pullout and even its own patio! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hotel has tons of beach equipment to loan out too! We were set! Highly recommend!"

"Great location which is walking distance to shops and restaurants. Parking is easy and seemed secure. Front Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms have a mini fridge and microwave but no coffee maker although it was a nice surprise to find coffee and muffins in the lobby at 6:30 am. Our only complaint was the room could have been cleaner. There were old french fries on the floor by gargage can."

Most of the day, there was no one at the front desk, and a sign simply stated, “Will be back later.” When a staff member was finally available, they were extremely rude and unhelpful. The area around the hotel also felt unsafe, with homeless individuals sleeping directly in front of and alongside the property.
