"The only thing Premier about this hotel is the name. they have rooms with beds but that is about it. I woke up in the middle of the night by some loud racketing outside the room (103 close to the breakfast room), thought it was someone drunk coming back, but it kept on and on. After some time I went out to the reception and it was the persons in the reception doing vacuumcleaning like a grumpy teenager bumping around chairs and slamming with doors. "Room had a sea view and huge windows. Lots of space for us and a teenager in the one room. Kettle, coffee machine and mini fridge all came in useful. Very friendly staff. On quite a busy road and above a pub so there is noise, but this didn’t bother us as we were staying for one night only while we went to a party."

"We had a lovely stay in the Beacon View accommodation. It has a back deck with a superb view so we were disappointed it rained for the whole time lol. Perfect spot for exploring the South Downs National Park, or hopping to Lewes, or like us a day trip to Drusillas Zoo...."

"Second time staying at Charm and has always been celebrating my husband’s birthday. This year, we got upgraded by the staff for some reason. Staff were nice and welcoming. Breakfast was nice. Spa treatment was nice, had an hour massage to relax us. I just like staying at Charm 👍👍"
