"The only thing Premier about this hotel is the name. they have rooms with beds but that is about it. I woke up in the middle of the night by some loud racketing outside the room (103 close to the breakfast room), thought it was someone drunk coming back, but it kept on and on. After some time I went out to the reception and it was the persons in the reception doing vacuumcleaning like a grumpy teenager bumping around chairs and slamming with doors. "This is not a hotel. It's unstaffed with access via a security code. The property is an old converted house probably and I wonder if it has Building Regs approval. The stairs are narrow and steep and the walls are thin. Whilst everything is well decorated this seemingly papers over the cracks of previous/ongoing maintenance issues. The windows could do with a clean too. The water pressure in the morning was so poor that we were unable to take a shower. And I believe only 2/7 rooms were...
