"The only thing Premier about this hotel is the name. they have rooms with beds but that is about it. I woke up in the middle of the night by some loud racketing outside the room (103 close to the breakfast room), thought it was someone drunk coming back, but it kept on and on. After some time I went out to the reception and it was the persons in the reception doing vacuumcleaning like a grumpy teenager bumping around chairs and slamming with doors. "Everything was excellent. Staff who expertly served a table of 24, courteous, efficient, polite. Food was amazing. Room was outstanding. All staff were lovely, approachable and helpful. Added bonus was a welcome for breakfast and more delicious food. Absolutely stunning all round"

"The hotel is in a very good location with ample free parking. The room and bathroom were large and clean with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The staff were friendly, welcoming and informative. The hotel is somewhat dated and does look like it could benefit from some renovations but i believe it is under new ownership and so hopefully this will be done. I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Room was in desperate need of decorating, needed new window frames. En suite miniscule, nowhere to hang towel or clothes. Towels very thin and with holes. The room was warm and bed linen clean."

"Bedbug infestation caused us to leave at 11:00pm with nowhere to go. Expedia did not offer to help find an alternate. Still waiting for the promised refund, but we ended up abandoning our visit to see our daughter and drive home in the early hours. Absolutely shocking."
