"If a speakeasy could be a hotel, this is it! I’d tell you details from my 3-night stay, but you have to navigate it for yourself. Such a cool place, a great bar, helpful staff and a great location!!!"

"Some staff were really helpful and solved problems well. Other younger desk staff made mistakes (got room number wrong for taxi and almost sent driver away, then called a second taxi while driver was still there) or were unhelpful and gave up easily (looked for a lost jacket indifferently). Older desk staff made much more of an effort and found coat easily. Younger staff lacked a willingness to work."

"Noel and Cathy are absolutely wonderful!!! Such warm and welcoming people. The view is gorgeous and it's so quiet. It was such a wonderful and welcomed change from the hotels we stayed in. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! Probably the best breakfast we ate all week. They have a world map with pins that indicate where people come from that have stayed.
