"Pool area was a disaster they only had one staff member cleaning up. Towels and dirty socks everywhere. Staff so nice but we had to leave our first room due to ants… pretty gross but next room was completely fine"

"The entire property was in dis repair, dirty sheets on the made beds, stains on the comforters, food mashed into the carpet of the room, grime and stains on the phone, smoke detector not attached to the ceiling, ceiling was peeling off above the shower, toilet was not secured to the floor and shifted to the right … hallway carpets torn and peeling away from the walls, and odors throughout the hotel that could not be identified…."

"Mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. Mattress needed replaced. It slanted like it was well worn. My back and neck are sore. "

"I was very surprised and disappointed. I booked with Dominion Hotel not expecting much but a decent place to just sleep and shower and it was close to the airport . But upon checking in, I felt instant regret and awkwardness because I didn’t expect to see what I was seeing. I guess I overlooked the pictures or assumed it couldn’t be that bad when I booked it. The reception area was not at all welcoming, maybe because there weren’t anything in the room but a woman behind a plexiglass waiting...

I put in to come to this establishment to have a nice calm little vacation but the manager in the morning when I got there said over the app cause I mistakenly booked the hotel for the wrong time said I could come there anytime and they will book me in. I got there and then I had to wait at least an hour or two just to check in sitting inside my car on a hot day and then second of all I had some extra guest who stopped by in the room and he thought they were...

"One of the nicest airport hotels I have stayed at. The room was huge, clean and comfortable! Bar and restaurant open until 11pm. Nice exercise and pool. Starbucks in lobby area. 5 minute shuttle to airport. I will stay here again on future trips to the Richmond Va. area."

"A bit overpriced for what is offered, especially given it's an airport hotel. The rooms could use some updating, but they were relatively clean and the air conditioning was good. Front desk was helpful. One last thing but parking should be free, that is a bit ridiculous to charge $10 per day"

"In room tv was not acceptable. Having to go through phone apps to get the tv to work is bothersome. Why can’t there be a tv with local stations and cable news. I will be looking for that the next time I book a hotel."

"The property was dirty and smelly. The floors were stained and the place reeked of pot. The TV screen was very small. The bed was rock hard but clean. The bathroom was missing the hair dryer and when showering, the tub did not empty. The breakfast was 1 bagel, 0 coffee, 2 juices, 2 selections of cereal and waffle mix with 1 waffle maker. It was noisy, you can hear thru the walls. It's right next to an airport. We stayed but not sure why. Never again! I would never recommend this place."

"By far 1 of the cleanest hotels I’ve been to in a minute. Each glass and dish was wiped down to perfection. Called the front desk 1 time for more sheets and they were there in 30 seconds. I said well d***! lol. Great service. Just let people know that parking is additional instead of just charging cards."
