"If you love historic places and beautiful architecture, then this is the place for you!!! The hot tub is awesome! There is a shopping mall downstairs! You MUST go to Mamoo’s Ice Cream in the downstairs shopping area. They make HANDMADE ice cream!!! I got some every night it was that good! You can walk to almost anything you want, a brewery, bathhouse row, the Ohio Club, and tons of shopping. This is our favorite place! We stay here every time we come to Hot Springs!!!"

"Very nice newly renovated rooms, pool and hot tub nice extra, but could use more towels available for that. Breakfast was good but few options. Some kind of local paper for food and options other than activities would be nice. Staff was excellent and welcoming. "
