"The staff and their family were wonderful! We went to see the eclipse, and the children brought everyone free bottles of water and free eclipse-viewing glasses. They were so sweet! The one problem that I thought needed to be taken care of pronto is that the shower is plumbed backwards: turning on the hot setting gives you cold water and turning on the cold setting gives you hot water. Someone could get accidentally scalded that way. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay."

"The room was really nice and large. It had all the conveniences needed. The girl in the office was really sweet and professional. We lost power the last night we were there so check out in the morning was a little tough without electric but that was no fault of the hotels. Excellent and easy checkout. Very enjoyable stay would stay there again and again. "

"Comfortable living area, nice balcony, love the oversized jetted tub & shower! I would recommend trimming the trees by the balcony so view of the lake is not blocked. Wallpaper needs a little updating. Otherwise, loved this property! Would love to come back!"
