"I asked multiple members of staff we had no hot running water in our room, they said they would get someone up to the room so we waited for them for hours - no one’s came and we then asked 2 other times and called down and no nobody came to fix it. "

We asked the hotel staff at front desk if it was okay to park there for 2 minutes to check in and retrieve the discounted parking and they said it was alright, but we received a $115 parking fine within that time frame it took us to check in. "

"It was good for what I needed which was just one night to rest my head, but walking into the room, had a mildew smell to it…when I turned the AC on, the smell went away. Pillows were very flat, couldn’t really get comfortable. Breakfast was underwhelming and didn’t really like the eggs at all. Not too many other options either. Overall stay was just okay. "
