"Beautiful building/lobby/room. Brand new hotel with high end finishes. Smells great. As others have said, the service has a lot to desire. We arrived Memorial Day weekend, Saturday around 12:00pm. No bellboy was available so we handled our own luggage from the car to the room. We changed and went to the pool around 12:30. There was no one at the pool and there were no towels. "It’s a very old hotel, there were no blankets available, TV had very few channels, the volume didn’t work and the outlet behind the TV looked unsafe and could start a fire! The carpet had a tear in it, the lock on the glass door was loose and it also had a bar to secure the door. Parking was very limited and tight. Would not recommend staying there and we won’t be back!"

"I wanted to be close to snorkeling at Phil Foster Park. The room was clean, the property not so picked up. But it served my purpose. Walking distance to dive and snorkeling area.. didn't use the kitchen but looked like it had all you needed to have a decent cook off. We only use this location for ending the day... Clean up and rest. Also I could hear the next apartment talking, but Turn the TV on and problem solved.. Did not like that there was an extra $100 charge for lot or something like...

"The property as a whole was very nice. The staff was fantastic except the beach chair people. Those people are very aggressive. If your condo doesn’t include the resort fee, they charge you for the chairs. If you leave the chairs for longer than an hour they sell them to someone one else and you lose the chairs. The condo was very roomy. The beds and definitely the pillows need an upgrade. The condo was fairly clean, not great. You can tell they hurry through the cleaning process. The...
