"We did not think the food was particularly up to the standard of the hotel as a whole. We would have preferred to have paid a little more for a more interesting menu. It was well cooked and nicely presented just a little boring unfortunately and not much choice. Breakfast on the other hand was excellent with lots to choose from and beautifully cooked. The staff were polite and extremely helpful and the room and hotel was spotless and of a high standard."

"stayed here because of the pool, after I checked in, I received a message stating the pool was closed for maintenance, which was the whole purpose of staying here, I replied instantly asking could I cancel my booking for a full refund, (so I could stay elsewhere with a pool) and this was never responded to. the pool closure should have been clearly published at booking, and indeed check in, not afterwards, and then to ignore my request for cancelation I find really poor.
