The hotel is very nice, comfortable beds with great pillows and the staff were all great too. However one of the lifts was out that caused quite a lot of delays for people.
Difficult to fault. Efficient and pleasant staff. Comfortable bed, slept quite well.Well appointed room. Excellent breakfast. Enjoyed it and will stay again.

Upon checking in the staff member kindly upgraded us to a suite and with breakfast- husband and I both delighted there was an Omlette chef which made a difference at breakfast as he is gluten free. Would recommend!
The breakfast was not only well made, using premium ingredients, and varied, but the staff were joyfully attentive. Little touches, like putting a place holder on your table while you went to get food, were very welcome.
A simple one-night stay; the staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and at breakfast. The hotel itself was a little confusing, with different and not terribly well-labelled lift lobbies to different floor sets.
