On a main road and one window looked out at a cement building approximately 12 feet away"

"No hot water and no communication. We had no hot water - like the hot water was turned off, it was ice cold and no faucet increased. We called, texted, and messaged through Expedia, and got no response. No one is on site. If I am paying this price for a lodge stay I expect to be able to have hot - or at the very least warm water. "Our room on the first floor was very clean and tidy, two well made queen beds, that were firm, but not too firm -- but the pillows were kind of too soft and squishy. TV channels were limited and the bathroom/toilet area was tiny.
