"Our stay at Padma Resort Ubud was exceptional, and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip to Indonesia. One of the biggest standouts was the food. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered probably the best diversity of cuisines I have experienced at any hotel in the world. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Fire & Feast experience, which included an incredible platter with five different proteins, sides, sauces, soup, salad, and gelato. There is also so much to do within the resort. We enjoyed the hike to the bamboo bridge, and the hotel offers numerous complimentary activities, including archery, golf, animal feeding, and fishing. The swimming pool and fitness center were also excellent, and I appreciated being able to maintain my daily exercise routine. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the service was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was kind, friendly, and hospitable, and we appreciated the welcome drinks upon arrival. The location is also convenient for exploring Ubud and the surrounding attractions. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and feel this resort deserves even more recognition. With stronger marketing, I think Padma Resort Ubud could easily become an even more well-known destination. We would absolutely stay here again."

"The highlight of our stay was the incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Almost everyone we interacted with went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Small touches such as remembering our breakfast orders, bringing snacks with drinks ordered from the bar, helping us find the right driver, and explaining the local area and surroundings really made a difference. There are a few areas where the property could improve, particularly with housekeeping and room comfort. The carpets could be vacuumed more regularly, and the wash basin could benefit from a more thorough clean, as there were some signs of mould that became noticeable on closer inspection. The air conditioning could also be stronger or cool the room faster, especially for guests returning from the heat outside. Better water pressure in the shower would also improve the overall experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the location. The staff were knowledgeable, welcoming and able to communicate well in English, which made everything much easier throughout our stay. With a few improvements to cleanliness and room amenities, the experience could be even better."

"Property was nice. Breakfast was good. Fresh juice was a plus. Staff tried their best to be helpful and meet our requests. A bit of a language barrier to understand what we were requesting, but overall a pretty nice place, especially for the price we paid."

"If I could rate this hotel 6 stars out 5 I absolutely would, I genuinely can’t think of a better hotel in Bali than the Kayon Jungle Resort.. I’ve stayed here three times now and the one thing that keeps me coming back time and time again is the staff.. When you walk in, you literally feel like royalty.. Everyone is just so kind and genuine and you really feel like you’ve become part of their Balinese family throughout your time here.. I loved it so much that I even booked another stay here next year.. The pool bar and surrounding area literally feels like it’s been taken out of a painting with each of the pools flowing into the one below, it resembles a rice terrace field and gives a striking visual which is one of the reasons the resort has become so popular on Instagram and TikTok.. They really knew what they were doing when designing this place and it screams luxury! I can’t wait to see you all again next May! 🙏"
