"The hotel was in a good location, the room was clean, the beds were clean, however there was no ice machine, the microwave was in the lobby on the side, the telephone didn’t work, there was an iron in the room but no ironing board, the staff was horrible Yvette and Emily assigned wrong rooms regarding payment and they assigned a guest a room that someone was already in. If you can stay somewhere else please do because the staff was horrible in checking guest in and out."

"What I liked most was the consistently friendly and accommodating staff. This was my third stay at NU Hotel, and on each occasion the team has been very helpful with individual requests, which I really appreciated.
I also love the character of the hotel. My room had a beautiful, colourful mural, which made it feel much more unique and personal than a typical hotel room. The room was clean and comfortable, and the gym is another great feature, especially for a longer stay.
