While we appreciate the efforts made to ensure guest safety and maintain high standards, there were several aspects of our experience that were less than satisfactory. Firstly, the security checks, although understandable from a safety standpoint—especially in areas near the casino—felt excessive and at times intrusive. The level of questioning directed at guests can be off-putting and may affect the overall welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. Additionally, the restriction on bringing outside food and beverages seems primarily aimed at protecting the hotel’s own dining establishments. While this is a business decision, it would be helpful if this policy were communicated more clearly and with greater sensitivity to guest convenience. We also encountered challenges with navigation within the hotel. The lack of clear directional signage was particularly problematic given the presence of two towers. For example, we were booked in the North Tower, but the fitness center is located in the South Tower. This was not clearly indicated, leading to confusion and unnecessary backtracking. Furthermore, the elevator floor indicators were difficult to read due to their black-on-black design. A more visible color scheme, such as white or illuminated indicators, would greatly improve usability. Lastly, we only found out about the shuttle service on our own. It would have been very helpful if this had been communicated to guests upon check-in or clearly displayed in common areas.
